Is Riverside Plaza Assisted or Independent Living?
- Riverside Plaza is considered an Independent Living Community with many unique amenities that will assist the residents through the aging process with the goal of living independently at Riverside Plaza as long as possible.
What services are available if I need them?
- Daily lunches, meal delivery, guest meals, apartment cleaning, laundry services, trash service on each floor, free carport for each apartment, beauty and barber services, free use of the Community Room, and many others.
What is the monthly cost of Riverside Plaza?

What does my monthly rental fee include?
- Choice of available apartment, choice of wall color, washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, all utilities, telephone, long distance, cable television, and repair and maintenance of all included appliances.
How does the meal plan work?
- Riverside Plaza offers lunch at noon each day. Our kitchen staff serves you at your table and is happy to bring you more if you are still hungry. If you are feeling under the weather, let our staff know and they will deliver you a meal to your apartment. If you are late or not going to be able to dine with us, the staff can wrap you up a take out container. The kitchen staff takes input from the residents as to what kind of meals they like and strives to center the menu on those requests.
Can I bring my pet?
- Absolutely! Riverside Plaza wants you to bring your pet, but it must be pre-approved and pre-registered with our Director. You must be prepared to show documentation of vaccination history. Pets must be tame, quiet and house broken. Riverside plaza does require a $1000.00 (one thousand dollars) deposit and a signed pet contract due at the time of occupancy.
