The Riverside facility is a 3 story brick and stucco building with 12 - 2 bedroom/2 bath apartments and 12 - 1 bedroom/1 bath apartments housing a maximum of 48 residents. The basement area includes a wellness center, craft area, therapy space, congregate gathering areas, and resident storage. The main floor features a lobby, public restrooms, dining area, food preparation, and offices along with 6 - 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment units. The second floor houses 3 - 2 bedroom/2 bath units and 6 - 1 bedroom /1 bath units along with a "Granny's Pantry" honor system grocery and coffee shop area along with a gift shop. Internet shopping will be available to residents as requested. The third floor repeats the apartment layout but provides a theatre/stage entertainment area, barber and beauty shop facilities and additional public bathroom facilities. All floors feature sunrooms, trash disposal area, elevator access and stair access. The entire facility is ADA accessible.
